DIY King Bed Frame with Storage – A platform bed frame is the simplest design available; which consists of a simple sheet of wood, low to the ground, on which the mattress can rest. Platform beds can be placed on shelves and drawers to create storage space, placed on pedestals to achieve a certain height or built with short legs to achieve both objectives. Plans for a standard matrimonial mattress can be used for a California king simply by changing dimensions of wood.
